How it works
- Start itSign in, pick any of our 867 Christmas cards, and tell us who it's for, their email address and when signing closes. Add your own message for the end of the card.
- Share one linkYou get a signing link to drop in the office chat or the family group. Or give us everyone's emails and we send each person their own link, so you can see who has signed.
- Everyone signsEach person writes a message, picks their lettering and ink colour, and can add a photo or a voice message of up to 30 seconds. Nothing shows to anyone else until you approve it.
- It arrives on the dayWhen signing closes we put the card together and email it to them: at 7 am on Christmas morning their time, as soon as signing closes, or at a time you choose.

What they get, and what you control
An envelope, then everyone
An email says their card is here and who it is from. They open the envelope, then the card, then scroll through every signature, with photos and voice messages to play, ending on your message. If they reply to the email, it comes to you.
You see everything first
Whatever someone adds stays hidden until you approve it, and you can remove anything. If the person it's for reports a signature, it disappears from their card straight away.
A nudge for the stragglers
From your dashboard you can see who hasn't signed and send them a reminder, up to 3 times each and no more than once a day. You can also close signing early, or cancel the card.
Only what you approved goes
The card is put together from approved signatures only, and it waits until there is at least one. Once it has been delivered, we tell you, and anyone you invited by email who signed.
Questions
- Does everyone need an account?
- No. Only you do, to start the card and look after it. Everyone else just opens the link and signs.
- How many people can sign?
- Up to 200, and you can email invitations to up to 100 of them.
- Can it arrive on Christmas Day?
- Yes. Choose Christmas morning and it arrives at 7 am in the time zone you pick for them, from Perth to Auckland, London, Dublin and North America.
- Will they find out before then?
- We only use their email address to deliver the card. The invitation emails ask people to keep it a surprise.
- What does it cost?
- A$9 · converted to your currency at checkout for the card, paid once before the card is made, however many people sign. Nobody signing ever pays anything.
